Normally my own post shows under “Posts” tab but since last night all of my replies to any post and also my own post showing under the “Posts” tab. Is there anyone else facing this problem?

Yes, me too, and this causes a little mess on my profile: before was more useful to have all my posts here.

That mean’s you’re also having the same problem, before it was nice, all of my own posts was under “Posts”, but now all posts make a big confusion, which one is my post and which one is my reply.
