My efforts as a local guide goes into highlighting unassuming spots where the best meals can be served and most of these spots are mostly hideouts.
Because most of these are small business and tailor make their dishes or flavors for targeted demographics, I try to highlight these places so their potential niche can easily find enough information about them before they make that all important first visit.
