Herbs, vegetables and a variety of seafood make the main menu. You should try at least 12 different kinds of muscles. Maybe 50 varieties of seafood cooking. Due to the streams of the sea area is very rich in seafood and the divers’ paradise. Very easy to come from the Greek islands by ferry and by the highway from Balkan’s. There are maybe 500 different kinds of edible indigenous plants and herbs. They are cooked in Greek style or Macedonian style or Turkish way. All must try.
