must remember food keyword, KOREAN food 'TANG'

The FOOD is most important things to every traveler. So, I would love to show core keyword of K-food that you must remember. It is a ‘TANG’ and ‘JJIGAE’. The soul of Korean food is side dish for ‘Cooked RICE’. The most important thing of them is TANG and JJIGAE.(Maybe you know and hear ‘Korean style soup’.). In traditionally, the Cooked RICE is very important thing to Korean. They may be eat only Cooked RICE without other side dish. And we need side dish(called Banchan) and TANG. TANG is generally dish and necessary item when we eat. Many food name is consist of main ingredient and ‘TANG’. Potato(GAMJA) soup is called GAMJA-TANG, Gimchi soup is called Gimchi-JJIGAE. I would love to show real restaurant in Korea. One more thing, I tell you another word like a TANG. That is GUK(GOOK), GUKBAB(GOOKBAB), ZZIGAE and JUNGOL.That’s all, Have a good day in South Korea.
