Mung Daal Vada an indian snack

India is the home of thousands of tasty dishes and foods and it is famous for the foods and cuisines, every state and city has its own famous dish.

In northern india we have a quick and spicy snack known as Moong Daal Vada, it is a very tasty and quick to prepare snack

Basically mung beans(a lentil) is used in making them.

The recipe is very simple as follows:

Soak split mung beans for around 8-10 hours then remove them from water, then wash them properly.

Now lighly gring them in mixer grinder and then add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, spices(salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander, dry mango powder, garam masala) in it and you can also use some baking powder to make them big.

Then heat oil in a deep vessel, then drop small portion of daal in oil(use hand for dropping to get best results).

Deep fry them till they get golden then take them out from oil and serve them with tea or anything alongwith sauce or any chutney.
