I had got an e-mail some days back, but no correspondent has connected with me yet.

Few daya ago I got a mail from Google local guide. They organizing a group discussion in Mumbai to improve google map. I fill all details in this mail and invite me to join this group discussion. this is happening on 27 Feb 2019 in Mumbai (Andheri Location) but I don’t have complete address of this. Please help me if anyone knows about this…didnt got any communication from google

Does anybody got confirmation from Google for the Mumbai meetup?

Which is scheduled on 27 Feb 2019 at central Andheri.

I had indeed received the e-mail for Local Guides connect event on 27th. But no confirmation regarding the address or event details have been e-mailed yet, nor any correspondent has got in touch with me yet.

The email you received was a form to gauge interest and does not guarantee an invitation. Focus groups are performed regularly in various markets around the world and specific criteria for eligibility varies from event to event.

Aren’t I invited @MashaPS . Since I complete the Google Local guide survey and in revert I got the confirmation as in reply from your end. I also have the screenshot of the confirmation msg. Hey @MashaPS let me know what next step should I take to participate in Mumbai’s Meetup. Your instant reply will be really appreciated.

Hi Team,

Focus Group (Group Discussions) with Local guides on Feb 27th Mumbai for Improvement & Helping to make this program better.
I got just location & timing for meet up i.e. Wednesday February 27th from 2.30 - 4.00 ,[DETAILS REMOVED] I haven’t received venue details. Please share exact location of venue in advance so we can reach venue on time.

The same situation here - no confirmation email in spite of the completion message being affirmatory. I believe clearer communication would help here
