I think something i have seen when i press the kudos button it takes time and it looks like my press Doesn’t work but if press the kudos button again at the same time it undo my previous Kudos. I think @KishorMali tried 6 times to press the kudos button and you get 6 times notifications for a single kudos

Right. The notifications are prefixed with Re: which means the likes are for comments or replies. I had the same thought.

Simple.
They appear as title of post.
