And will suggest you to work on your algorithm and ask @klaudiyaG to verify twice, it’s a humble request. Imagine when somebody travel Miles to get that shot and google betrayed by saying that the owner of the picture is someone else.

No this picture is from different state, but there is some state which is going through flood. Condition is in control now.
