This shallot is widely planted in the area of Tegal and Brebes Pantura in Java, Shallot (Alliumascalonicum L.) is an annual (short-lived) plant that can be propagated vegetatively with tubers and generatively with seeds (True Shallot Seed / TSS). Mini tubers (G1) are small bulbs. The age of the shallots is approximately 70-80 days and is ready to be harvested. These women are harvesting in the fields in front of the CabawanVillage office, Margadana, Tegal, Central Java, Indonesia.
