Hi Guys. I have not done anything great as a Local Guide but yes I keep giving reviews about almost all the places I visit. As you are aware India is so big consisting of various states and having lots of small- small outlets, restaurants, dhabas, shops and hotels in the outskirts of the cities or highways about which people do not know much. So my focus mostly remains on giving reviews about such outlets which are providing great services or yummy food at very reasonable prices but people do not know much about them. It not only help these outlets getting more customers but people also know where they can get best of the services/ food while they are travelling or when they are in any small town or city.
Since there is so much diversity in India with respect to languages these reviews really helps travellers in case they are now familiar with the local language of that particular place. It really feel good when I see that lots of people are benefiting by reviews I have left. Below is one of the example of same
I keep visiting one my client at Sohna Road, Gurgaon area but I have never been to this Dhaba ( Dhaba HR 26, Sort of small restaurant). Some time back when I went to meet my client there I was not carrying home cooked food that day so I decided to go to this Dhaba and have my lunch there. I was just surprised to look at there food menu because there was so much variety of food in their menu and that is also at very reasonable prices. But since it was my first time there I was little doubtful about the quality of food as prices of their food items was very low. Anyways I have ordered a tea along with one parantha feeling I will order one more parantha later on if it taste good. So when I received my order and had first bite of parantha which was quite big in size I just said wowwww, reason for it was taste of the parantha and on top of that along with parantha they provided pickle and bowl full of white butter which is really very-2 difficult to find here in urban areas. After I finished my order I haven’t felt like ordering one more parantha because my tummy was already full. The taste of their food is not possible to describe in words it can only felt. And the total cost for my that lunch was less than USD 1.5. Now whenever I go to meet my client there I always plan my lunch there and suggest the same to my colleagues and friend also.
