Once I was going by my car to our native place Thennangoor, hiring a call driver. We stopped at a restaurant on the highway for breakfast .Unlike my previous experience with that restaurant this time they served stale Pongal (made of rice and pulses), heated up and spiced nicely to deceive customer. When I called the manager, he was polite but was not accepting their mistake.Finally we had to order another set of dosas which also was tasting like they reuse left over oil from snacks preparation. Finally we had to walk out instead of taking risk of getting sick on the way. My driver told me “Mam, this is one time experience for you. We go through this regularly. What can we do? There is no food inspection on highways”.
Then I realized I must put my review on this. While putting my review I also taught my driver about google guide reviews. This incident is an example as how Local guide program can empower us.
