Babusar pass is high mountain pass It connect 2 Provinces Khayber Pakhtoon Kha and Gilgit-Baltistanthis road connects to KKH at chilas and goes up to China Border at Khunjrab Pass we travel up to there with my family Next parts will tell you remaining story to cross this pass it takes 3 to 4 hours from Naran to KKH
Mostly live here shepherds in summer they go up in temporary settlements and also take their cattle with them as long as winter comes they come bake to their houses down they are very hard working also work as porters for expeditions and some works on top at temporary shops and in the evening they go homes 20 to 30 km far.
I like many lot of places in Pakistan and this places is on top of my favorite list this pass remains close 6 to 7 months due to heavy snow fall, Even in summer there are severe cold at Babusar Pass a and you will feel the height of this pass here is shortage of oxygen
In evening after 5 o clock this Pas is not allowed to cross due to security reason Harsh weather and Wilderness. From the top you can see the unforgettable scenes.
Thanks for sharing with us! The Babusar pass seems like a place that is not very easy to pass. Where does it lead to? How long it takes usually to go through there?
I also wonder if you could see any locals that live close to the pass? What would they do for a living?
