Nos seus 1.822 metros de altitude, o Morro da Igreja é o segundo cume mais alto de Santa Catarina e leva o título de “O lugar mais frio do Brasil“, já tendo atingido em 1996 a incrível mínima de -17,8º Celsius
Serra do Corvo Branco
A rodovia SC-390 faz a ligação entre o litoral e os municípios da serra catarinense e todo o trajeto é rodeado pela Mata Atlântica. Em alguns trechos, a estrada chega a uma altura de 700 metros e uma altitude de quase 1,5 mil metros em relação ao nível do mar.
