Hello connect friends , this is in continuing with my diet plan in morning , in my opinion, these type of fruits in daily diet deserves a good amount of nutrients one should eat on regular basis after morning physical activities.
This shown plates, comprise with Apple, Guava, Lemon,Chilli,Pomegranate, Horse Gram ,Green Gram and most importantly a glass of juice made from Indian Gooseberry . Nut is also included with.
Lastly, I sincerely apologise to Moderators for not given back the replies because my Smartphone had developed some problems.

Hello @AdamGT , thanks for your interest in my morning fruits menu . We are so busy in our daily work, so couldn’t give a few minutes time to our healthy fooding behaviour, in particular youngsters. There must be awareness about it.
Coming to your most desired query how much it costs? It costs only $ one , which means bearable for a common man .
One pertinent point is my full plate of fruits that shown is contains only 600 calories that is equivalent to light breakfast.
This is what I call a very healthy start of the day. I would love to try to prepare it on my own, but I don’t know if I could find horse gram where I live. Can I substitute this ingredient with something else, @ShekharMuz_5 ?
I have just about an ideal nutrients plate which eat every morning and all ingredients are easily here at my place.
I don’t know your place, but certainly my suggested sprouts ingredients may be available there in one name or other, horse gram is rich with protein. Its best substitute may be whole Mung beans sprouts. Kindly take a help from a registered Dietician.
