very very famous called bedai in Agra… Bedai and sabji… It made for whole wheat… Its really crispy and testy.

This is not bread it’s poori, made from flour has filling of urad soak dal mild cook with salt chilli in flour u have add salt, red chilli, roasted cumin seeds, coriander powder, fennel seeds, Asafoedia few drops of oil ,add water mix well we have knead dough . Make small ball add dal in it then make small poori as shown in picture u can eat with potato vegetable./ channa.

I am foodie person so share the recipe. You can try it . It taste yummy in some place it called kachori with bit different variations of ingredients & it’s eaten with green chutney & tamarind chutney & sweet curd & sev on it.
