moringa Cuscus "Dambu Zogale"

This delicacy is common and native to northern part of Nigeria.

Ingredients

  • Moringa leaves
  • Cuscus or partially grinded corn seed.
  • Peanut cake (grinded to powder)
  • Socked potash.
  • Salt and other spicy

It can be chilly or less pepperish.

This is one of my favourite food is very healthy.

Yes you can get this anywhere you see house community. Like wuse market, Yanya, maraba and many places. Or that small business area of central mosque.

Nice one Sagir. I know of the healthy benefits of Moringa but I never knew you could combine it in a lovely dish ,wow. Tlak about having the best of both worlds.
