Hello,
Local guide friends, long time no food recipe shared with you. Today I will share my own home made recipe.
The recipe is,
Morichkhola of silver hilsa in banana leaves.
Different types of fish peppers can be opened in banana leaves. Chili open is more delicious with hot rice. Especially hilsa fish morichkhola takes more test than me.
Let us now know what tools are needed to open the pepper.
Chilli Opener Ingredients:
Hilsa fish - half a kg
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Onion batter - 3 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Dry chili paste - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies â 3/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1/4 cup.
I took the hilsa fish into small pieces. If you take a big fish, it should be cut into small pieces. Wash the fish well and fry. Add chopped onion, onion paste, garlic paste, dry chilli paste, turmeric powder, green chilli pieces, salt to taste, mustard oil and chopped coriander leaves. I mixed all the ingredients well with my hands.
Cleaned and washed a young banana leaf. The thick part of the middle is not cut with a knife. The leaves will not tear while wrapping the fish mixture in it. Spread the seasoned fish thinly between the banana leaves and wrap the leaves around to cover. One more leaf should be wrapped and tied with thread so that no oil or masala can come out.
10 minutes before placing in the oven, heat the pan on medium heat. Cover the pan with a banana leaf. Keep it like this for half an hour on low heat, then turn it over and keep it on the same heat for another half hour. After an hour, cut the leaves and serve beautifully.
this hilsa fish is more available in our Asian continent. The hilsa fish of Bangladesh is more delicious. The taste of eating hilsa fish with hot rice is different. I hope you will enjoy it.
