Ino Tensho Grand Shrine, known as the “Ise-Jingu of Kyushu”, is located in Hisayama, Fukuoka.

It is about an hour away from the center of Fukuoka City, and is a very beautiful place of nature.
Springtime
The 2016 Hisayama Ino Cherry Blossom Festival
The surrounding area is famous for cherry blossoms.
The local people light up the area.
Even the majestic shrines are usually decorated with beautiful lights.
Summertime
The greenery beautifully adorns the shrine.
The clear waterfall flows into a nearby river, which is a popular spot for playing in the river.
As the river is very shallow, it is popular with families with small children.
Autumntime
The autumn leaves here are really wonderful.
I feel as if I were welcome to visit the shrine.
Wintertime
It doesn’t snow that much or accumulate in this area, but when it does, it’s a lovely silver world.
The surroundings of the old temple ruins are so divine that the temperature feels two degrees more comfortable than the ambient temperature.
Access by public transportation
Take the Hisayama Community Bus from JR Sasaguri Station to Ino Bus Stop, and walk for 5 minutes.
Be aware that the number of buses is low.

福岡市の中心部から約1時間位の場所で、とても自然の美しいところです。
春
2016年ひさやま猪野桜まつりの様子
周囲は桜の名所。
地元の人達がライトアップをしてくれます。
普段は荘厳な神社もきれいな明かりで飾られます。
夏
緑が美しく神社を彩ります。
澄んだ滝の水は近くの川に流れ、川遊びのスポットになっています。
川の水深はとても浅いので小さな子供を連れた家族連れにも人気です。
秋
ここの紅葉は本当に素晴らしいです。
神社への参拝を歓迎してくれるかのように感じます。
冬
このエリアはそこまで雪は降ったり積もったりはないのですが、
積もると素敵な銀世界が広がります。
古神殿跡の周囲は周囲の気温よりも体感で2度くらい心地よく感じるくらい神々しいところです。
公共の交通機関でのアクセス
JR篠栗駅から久山町コミュニティバスで「猪野」下車徒歩5分
バスの本数が少ないので気をつけてください。
