One of the most popular staple foods in the world is bread. There are tons of versions all over the world, recently the development of allergen-free bread is progressing as well. The tastes and ingredients are also various, and they have characteristics in each country and region such as salty, sweet, soft, hard, containing fruits or nuts, and so forth. What is your favorite bread? Please share your favorite one or popular one in your region as a post of #monthlytopic.

By the way, a type of bread called Nama Shokupan (Raw Japanese Milk Bread Loaf) has been popular in Japan since a few years ago. It is really soft like cotton candy and sweet like sweets, and expensive. (A loaf is almost 10 USD.) Have you ever seen and tried it before?

What an amazing recapitulation of the last monthly topic @HiroyukiTakisawa . Many local Guides have done amazingly well and have written beautifully on the last topic so well. I love bread and another patisseries as well :smiley: For me, it feels like a “paradise” when I come to a bakery, cake shop, and patisserie.

For bread, now I prefer wheat bread as it is rich in fiber, good for health and diet as well.

Nama Shokupan looks so fluffy, doesn’t it? I wonder what makes the price is higher rather than the other bread?

Thats a cool topic really. There is a local bread bakery quite close to me I could make a nice post from it but am quite busy at this time. Nevertheless, let’s keep our fingers crossed :crossed_fingers: . Thanks for the tag.

Hi, @Velvel Yeah, I also love wheat and grain bread!
You are right, that is so fluffy like a cat. The price is about two or three times. Actually, the ingredients seem to be expensive but I guess it includes high branding costs as well :rofl:

@HiroyukiTakisawa Hola, en la foto se parecen mucho, pero por el precio que mencionas, no debe ser lo mismo. El que yo menciono, el empaque a penas llega a $3.00 us dolares.

I see, @Nosaint2_Rafael_Fe . Nama shokupan that I introduced in this post is a kind of very expensive bread in Japan. General shokupan is almost the same price as you mentioned :wink:

এটি আমাদের দেশে অনেক জনপ্রিয় ভাবে ব্যবহার হয়ে থাকে।

আমাদের বাংলাদেশের ছোট ছোট চায়ের দোকানগুলোতে এগুলোর খুব বেশি ব্যবহার হয়ে থাকে।

বাংলাদেশিরা অনেক সময় এই সমস্ত রুটিকে পাউরুটি বলে আখ্যায়িত করে।

আমার প্রিয় রুটি হচ্ছে মিষ্টি রুটি।

私は甘いパンが好きです。デニッシュパン、チョコパン、クリームパン、メロンパンetc…

時々の甘いものは、心が癒されます。記事を読んでパン屋さんに行きたくなりました。

生食パンを教えてくれてどうもありがとうございます。綿あめのようなお菓子のようなパンをいつか食べてみたいなと思いました。
