#monthlytopic of August 2020 - A tree in your neighborhood

The topic of August: A tree in your neighborhood

Even if you live in a super big city, I believe you can find a tree in your neighborhood. Is it roadside trees, a sacred tree, or a symbol of your town? Your memorial tree is also nice. In any case, they will make us relaxing and comfortable. This month, please share a tree in your neighborhood and why it’s important or interesting.

Change the subject, recently the number of regular participants of #monthlytopic is increasing. YOU ARE AMAZING**!** I’m really happy to see that you are enjoying conversations and posting via this proposal. Did you get new LG friends or discover something interesting? Have fun from now on!

And I added a new requirement from this month. I may use your photo for making the summary post like below. Thank you for your understanding.

Requirements

  • Use a photo (At least one)
  • Link to Google Maps
  • Add description
  • Use hashtag #monthlytopic
  • Give me permission to use your photo for the recap

The summary of July

The photo of Sannoinari Shrine in Japan (Local Guide @Izumi )

Some people posted about the mosque. All the mosques are beautiful but my most favorite one is #monthlytopic-July2020-The Prophet’s Mosque, Madinahby @fasi6083 . It’s amazing. Speaking of the church,ST VOLODYMYR’S CATHEDRAL- AN ICONIC LANDMARK IN KIEV, UKRAINEby @Emmik20 is nice. It’s absolutely iconic and looks good in the blue sky. Check it out yourself. An interesting one isWhere Chinese Culture Assimilates With Catholic Church - 有中国文化的一间天主教会by @Velvel . Such culture mixed building is uncommon and to be a good chance to learn the local history.

And this month, @yamamo_cchi posted five posts as #monthlytopic. Amazing! My favorite post is #monthlytopic The four seasons at a shrine called Ise in Kyushu/九州の伊勢と呼ばれる神社の四季. He introduced a beautiful shrine from Kyushu, Japan. By all means, check it out!

Hi, @Sophia_Cambodia It’s a nice hobby:-) Thank you for telling me your post.

And is the photo of a tree new one? It also looks interesting.

@HiroyukiTakisawa san, yes. This is a new one different from a tree in my other post. At Taprum, there are 4 big trees scenes where you cannot take normal photos. I managed to get the whole tree by only use Panaroma. They are huge! I have shown it in this post and the palm tree here. Thank you for taking your time to read my posts :slightly_smiling_face:

@HiroyukiTakisawa I couldn’t participate last month as I had already uploaded pictures of temple in old posts and had very few of them other’s included selfie or family members.

This month’s topic is quite interesting.

It would be great to write about A tree
