Congratulations for the informative post, dear @RosyKohli Ji.
Honestly, many festivals of the recent days are marketing tactics deployed by the business community - in my childhood, many festivals of today were unheard.
Well, in the growing world it is the need of the time - post pandemic, let the business pick up.
To the best of my knowledge, in Tamilnadu and Kerala there are hardly any festivals in the month of May.
Thanks for sharing.
Happy to hear about the addition of golden ornaments - good photos.
Thanks you sir ji in Maharashtra this festival is celebrate from childhood heard about this festival, here people who can’t afford still use to buy 1 gram gold or silver coin .
