Hello Friends.

Akshaya Tritiya is very auspicious day for Hindus all over the world and is celebrated by buying gold.

On this day people get up early morning before sunrise .
Worship Lord Vishnu & Goddess Laxmi
People celebrate Akshaya Tritiya to bring good luck & prosperity,It’s belief, buying gold and properties on this day brings prosperity and wealth in the future, making it an auspicious day.
This day is also believed to be the birthday of Parashurama, which is the sixth avatar of Lord Vishnu.

I also purchased small earning for my daughter & gifted my self a ring.My daughter took bracelet for herself light weight.

Congratulations for the informative post, dear @RosyKohli Ji.

Honestly, many festivals of the recent days are marketing tactics deployed by the business community - in my childhood, many festivals of today were unheard.

Well, in the growing world it is the need of the time - post pandemic, let the business pick up.

To the best of my knowledge, in Tamilnadu and Kerala there are hardly any festivals in the month of May.

Thanks for sharing.

Happy to hear about the addition of golden ornaments - good photos. :+1:

Best wishes Akshaya Tritiya…

:handshake:  :hearts:
