Every week, Local Guides organize and host amazing meet-ups all around the world. This Monday, we’ve rounded up some of the best upcoming events to celebrate the great meet-up ideas and initiatives Local Guides are hosting in their community. March 7, Vicenza, Italy
Did you know that there is a new campaign coming up? It’s championed by @davidhyno and it aims to support local businesses. The first meet-up of this series, “#supportingsmallbusiness!,” will take you to a new sustainable bio market that promises to restore the link between the community and the land. RSVP here.
March 8, New Delhi, India
Another awesome campaign, “The Great Indian Heritage Walk” by @AmbrishVarshney , returns for itsthird edition. Local Guides will host several meet-ups in different places in India to showcase its heritage. The first meet-up is hosted by @AmbrishVarshney and it’s called “TGHW - III (Crafts Museum).” Join him to explore the National Crafts Museum in New Delhi. RSVP here.
March 8, Béccar, Argentina
Don’t forget that March 8 is International Women’s Day. If you’re in Argentina and want to celebrate it, then @SilvyC meet-up “Día Internacional de la Mujer” is a great option for you. You’ll go on a photo tour in the UNESCO Villa Ocampo Observatory. RSVP here.
March 13, Dhaka, Bangladesh
An exciting anniversary meet-up is taking place this March. March 21, Lucca, Italy
How about taking photos while going on a bicycle tour? The meet-up “Lucca Walls Bicycle photo-tour” by @LuigiZ offers to show you the unique historical center of Lucca. Later in the day, you can also participate in Luigi’s “Lucca photo & food tour” event and enjoy a typical local dinner. RSVP here.
