Every week, Local Guides organize and host amazing meet-ups all around the world. This Monday, we’ve rounded up some of the best upcoming events to celebrate the great meet-up ideas and initiatives Local Guides are hosting in their community. If you’re interested in attending one of the meet-ups, you can RSVP directly on the page, but please only do so if you’re attending.

Are you a Local Guide in the Dominican Republic? Then you might be interested in taking part in the first ever nation-wide meet-up there. “Meet-up#1 LocalGuidesDominicana,” organized by @Marichams , is a knowledge sharing meet-up and a mini-degustation experience. Don’t miss the chance to make history.RSVP here.

Hi @VasT Thanks for your kind information But I did a few meetups but no news about my meetup in any of the enhancements, it’s very sad. I have a photowalk meetup on January 31 butt sadly you didn’t get the news of my meetup in this post. It seems to me that I am not a populist local guide, so my meetup news does not come to your post.

Thank you.

Hi @OmarBD , I am really sorry that you feel that way.

There are many other wonderful meet-ups like yours that I haven’t included because we need to choose just a handful. We always encourage Local Guides to search for meet-ups in their area. We also encourage you to promote your meet-up via your own social media channels and in your local community using #LocalGuides.

@VasT It’s an exciting beginning already for Local Guides in Dominican Republic. This meet-up sounds really interesting and I can’t wait to see the outcomes

Congratulations to other hosts in Singapore, Umuahia, Asaba, Peru and Germany. Peru and Singapore have been consistent with Stephen and Marcorp leading the way.

I hope to attend every meet-up near me as a way to support other LGs to help put their communities on the maps.

Thank you guys, let’s keep guiding.
