The best thing about food is we have different variation in different location, people add some essence and give a twist which makes it different on different places, Momo’s are already a famous street food in North part of India and now are new trend setters in Mumbai, we can find many stalls in the streets, serving different momo’s with different fillings and different variation like (Pan fried, deep fried, steamed, air fried)
While exploring some food spots with my friend I found this small outlet serving Bhutanese cuisine,
I had Cheese chilly deep fired momo’s and vegetable steamed momo’s they both tasted delicious, they were served with different types of dips which enhanced the taste.

Hey @FalguniP
Thanks for sharing a lot about my favourite momos !These Cheesy, slightly pungent, slightly spicy momos is knock your socks off good! They are so good that I am ready to elevate them to the level of Tandoori Momos I tried a few days back
Tandoori momos are the best but cheese momos are equally good if not better.
Caption: Steamed dumplings coated in a creamy, cheesy, slightly spicy marinade and cooked to perfection.
Which momo do you like the most ?
Do you eat without counting calories ?

#Greattt post indeed. The pictures look so yummy. As a hotelier, I would like to add something over here. Momos need to be cooked in #Bamboo#Cane steamer. That will enhance the flavour, doesn’t matter what ever the stuffing might be. Once again thanks for sharing with us here and tagging me.

Very rightly said @FalguniP ,
We can find different variation at different locations for a single dish, specially in India.
The pictures of the momo’s posted by you looks very delicious and it’s making me feel hungry
When I was at Delhi, momo’s used to be my evening snack and I have tried momo’s of more than 25 stalls(appx.) till date. Every stall have there own unique kind of taste to it but the actual role is played by the garlic chutney which is served along with the momo’s.
There is one more kind of momo you missed to mention i.e. Tandoori Momo. The taste of tandoori momo is of next level. I will definitely try to find it at Mumbai and let you know so that you may also taste it.
Whenever you get the chance to visit Delhi, I would recommend you to visit Dolma Aunty Momo’s stall at Lajpat Nagar. This stall serves one of the best steam momo’s I ever had.
Thanks for tagging me on the post…
