A few years ago , the famous CHINESE DISK came toINDIA*. Nepali people know about this before us & they still cook these momos better than we Indians. I am not against india so please dontdtake it negatively. This post is just for people who still don’t know about this.*

Can you share some more details about them @Coffeewala ? As I look at this I would say it looks like Chinese baozi, a kind of dumpling. Which is your favorite taste combination?
There are quite several kinds of dumplings. One other kind that I like is dumplings soup. I simply love it. I am sure that @AngieYC likes those kind of soups too.

I love all type of dumplings, fried, steamed, or soup. But the best is the steamed version with soup and meat inside, in Chinese they call it Xiao Long Bao.
