@Hxrish_offl In short, just keep contributing in Local Guides Connect, and if the Local Guides team feels you’re a good fit, they will reach out to you at some point.

@Hxrish_offl I also want to add that the 100 characters restriction exist for a reason. Please don’t try to avoid this by putting dots at the end of your sentence, or any other characters. This is actually one of the things that might give bad impression to the Local Guides team.

If you wish to become a moderator, I suggest you check out and study the contributions made by moderators both on Google Maps and here on Connect.

You can find the list of Connect Moderators here.

Just click on their profiles and you will be able to find all their contributions both on Connect and on Google Maps.

What do you mean when you say “How Can I Become an Moderator” ? As you can read in Who are the moderators on Connect? "Connect Moderators are Local Guides just like you. They apply the knowledge they’ve gained as active members of our community to moderate Connect and help improve the experience for everyone … " while “Google Moderators work on behalf of the Local Guides team to help with challenges you may be experiencing on Connect”

If you are interested to become a Connect Moderator (a volunteer that is helping to moderate the community) please follow the great advice shared by @MortenCopenhagen and @iyudhi

If you are interested to become a Google Moderator (A Google employee), please keep in mind that Google Moderators are hired by Google based on the competencies and skills required to moderate a social community.
