Mistake in Google Maps

All,

I would like to point out a mistake on Google maps that I came across while doing a 1000 km travel across Saudi Arabia.

There is a place in Saudi Arabia called Rijal Almaa (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rijal_Almaa) which became a world heritage site. I wanted to visit the place and like always, I Google mapped the location which pointed me to here (https://goo.gl/maps/7sPZgVXjzGLrg7XY8). All the pictures and reviews felt like this is the location.

However, as you can see from Wikipedia entry, the place is 45km (28 miles) from Abha however, on Google maps, the location it is pointing to is 200km +

Unfortunately, Google links the map entry to Wikipedia making it feel like it is more appropriate and thus I cannot even send my recommendation.

The actual location is https://goo.gl/maps/PAyn4gpPYCNKYnt18 which as you will notice is close to Abha city as well.

Hope Google makes the change as I am sure it is just not me that got impacted.

and btw, I could not visit the place :disappointed:
