I had earned a gift as a Local Guides reward from Google Maps, and I had redeemed and applied for this gift. I subsequently received an email notification from Deutsche Post stating that my parcel had been dispatched for shipment on the aforementioned date. However, despite the considerable time that has passed since then, I have not yet received the shipment.
