From a previous communication, I understand editing a road is not available in your region yet.
Nevertheless, you will get some clues on how to communicate the desired change through this thread
Hola @247bd te sugiero que cualquier inconveniente que tengas con Google Maps registres tus consulta en la sección de ayuda, Aquí puedes leer sobre como agregar la calle que falta
Por otro lado te comento que Google no da soporte sobre la página comentas

For the case that has difficulty, in reading my answer, in the upper right part of the screen, in the drop-down menu of languages, you can select the language, in which you want to read the post.
