I was trying to add missing road in Maps but it’s showing an error (Check your Inter net connection and try again to reach Google Maps) after submission of all missing points of road, however as you can see in the above two images; phone is connected with wifi & mobile data but the problem is same in both cases and this is not the first time I had faced the same problem many times during adding of missing road. I can’t concluding why this problem arising many times.
If you also faced the same problem then let me or tell me how we can fix this kind of issue in maps.
@IshantHP_ig For this kind of issues I suggest you to:
Make sure to have the latest Version of the app installed, make sure that Clear cache and cookies, and verify the permissions of the App: Change app permissions on your Android phone
Both method of sending a feedback works fine, but I personally prefer to do this from the app because it will includes information of the device and settings helpful to better troubleshoot the problem
Hi** @SilvyC **thanks for the reply but this problem is similar in every area. I have checked in almost 5 cities since last week but the problem is same everywhere.
Would you mind sharing coordinates to the road you’re trying to add?
Such issues are common from the maps app end sometimes( as mentioned by @ErmesT ). If any area is showing such error, then the feedback option is the best way to get it solved.
