My points have been missing now and no one ever got back to me. Well over 5,000 points. Instead of leveling up. I was robbed of that many points. There should be support for Google Guides. Some way to resolve this issue. It is unbelievable to see all my hard work just vanish. For a fact, I 1000% didn’t make any violations on those reviews or any at all.

Your points may be deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of our review policy. Contributions that violate our policies do not count toward your Local Guides level. Please see our program rules - Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions and the Community policy.
Meanwhile I am going to relabel your post to How-tos section, since it fits better there.
@MashaPS this is the 4th time my level, badges and points are going crazy. I dropped from level 9 to 8, lost my expert badges, views became 0 while the videos and photos I posted stayed at 6000+ and 169. I have informed about this to the Google moderators everytime and now I can even comment on my own posts on local guides forum. What is going on the typical template you guys send as a solution isn’t helping or enough. I have been a guide for so long and have been very active in my community and a influence in not only the local guides community but the Google nebouglerly community. Please refer to the images I have attached for your reference and do share your thoughts on this.
