I’m a level 8 (almost level 9) local Guide. I have submitted many accepted edits but my Fact Finder badge points have not increased. This is keeping me from advancing to Master Fact Finder. So annoying!!!
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

In practice is it currently not possible to check facts for the Factfinder badges.
You may find my post on How to check some facts - these days! helpful.
Also, please pay special attention to this update.

In my case, I get notifications that my edits were accepted but my Fact Finder badge points don’t increase.
I had 7 edits approved last week and no change in Fact Finder edit points.
I did read it, thank you. I did not find it applicable to my situation.

The update explains it. Let me try to make it even more clear:
You can not earn the fact finder badge as of now. The Googlers are aware of this. Move on, make outstanding contributions, and don’t let this bug bother you.
