Two months back I visited Imagica Pune with my younger brother. While we were coming back to our hometown Surat, this interesting incident happened with us, which I will share in this post.
So the story goes like this, we went to Imagica via Sleeper Bus and in return we had our train tickets booked from Lonavla to Surat at midnight.
So we enjoyed the day at Imagica and had lots of fun. But because of delayed lunch in the evening, we left Imagica quite late. And hence we failed to reach Lonavla Station on time, and we missed our train. First we were quite disturbed with that, but we decided to have some fun anyway.
So we went to nearby village (Kusgaon Budruk) that night and stayed at a villagers house. He was really kind and welcoming person.
Next day, we opened the Google Map and started our journey. We decided to explore few nearby places suggested by Google. First we went to a lake (lonavala lake), which was near the village itself and we took the bath there. After that we went to khandala and walked down a small forest and there were couple of small waterfalls in our way too. We took small halts and soon we reached to a town side road. We took lift from a local rickshaw and we reached to Mumbai Pune Expressway, from their we took a bus ride and reached to Mumbai (thane).
From thane, we took another bus and reached Surat.
Yes this whole journey was very hectic and exhausting, but we got to learn many new things in life. It was a life lessening trip for sure.
We are going to remember this trip the rest of our life.
Also the main hero of this incident (trip) was Google Map. Everytime we were confused, Google map was the first guider for us. That day I got to know, how local reviews and stories may help somebody in future. So now I am more passionate about my reviewing and writing things.
