During my try, I wanted to visit the waterfall of Oneta, but I had miscalculated the time to drive through the mountain range in the north of Spain, which did not allow as to visit the waterfall and arrive before the last funicular left towards the village of Bulnes high up at the “Picos de Europa” as our next lodging had this location.
The lady where we were staying at Peñarronda, recommended to visit the Mills Museum of Mazonovo at Taramundi. This museum belongs to a foundation that has a collection of watermills as well as a small hydroelectric power plant.
