Being the biggest city in Michigan, Detroit plays a big role in the automotive industry. Three automotive leaders in the Detroit metropolitan area are Ford Motor Company (H/Q office in Detroit), General Motors (H/Q office in Dearborn), and Fiat Chrysler (H/Q in Auburn Hills)
The appreciation of the automotive industry is very high here. Every summer we are looking forward to attending cruises. There is the Telegraph Cruise, Fort Street Cruise, Gratiot Cruise, and more but the biggest in the nation is Woodward Dream Cruise.
Cruises in Michigan are part of Summer’s activities that Michiganders wait for every year just sit and relax and enjoy the show. In this event, you will find all kinds of cars from 100 years ago to the prototypes of tomorrow. Some business owners will let their parking lot be used for display or a place to hang out. These activities include showing off their classic, hotrod, and antique cars. They drive very slowly giving the people a chance to enjoy the beauty. If you are lucky, you will have a show of tire spinning or burning rubber, this is fun but it is actually illegal. Drivers can get tickets with serious fines. But they do it anyway usually when the Police are not around. This is the best part for me.

Hello my great friend @Erna_LaBeau well, all Michigan posts are interesting as I checked them. Specifically the photos. Very beautiful shots . I’ve been in a good numbers of states , but only Michigan never visited.
