For my birthday we went to eat here, a 1 Michelin star restaurant and a green star for chef Vivien Durand. Her Basque origins influence the dishes that arrive one after another to surprise you more and more. The flavors are simple, good but refined. Her dishes speak of home and love for cooking all surrounded by this bucolic environment. During dinner, a background of rock music breaks up that over-constructed environment which sometimes seems false, but here everything is done to make you live a unique experience. At the end of the evening, before leaving, the staff gave us a Basque cake with which we had breakfast the next day (very good, thank you). At the time of the bill, a vintage cash register opens with various sweets inside (unexpected). The bathroom was filled with tobacco pipes, which was an original idea. Price for aperitif, full signature menu dinner and wine for two people around 400 euros. The dinner lasted more or less 3 and a half hours. Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful experience.
