I went to Riviera Maya and there are lots of delicious dishes to try while you are taking the sun.
If you like spicy food, try the aguachiles: raw shrimp with lemon juice, serrano chilli, sou sauce, salt and pepper.
Also fresh caught fish prepared “a la talla” is a must.
Can’t skip the beach version of the NACHOS topped with shrimp, octopus and fish ceviche.
