Talking about food I would like to share with you a very famous dish in Mexico that maybe you have heard before it is calls “Enchiladas”.
it is made of corn tortilla rolled around a filling and covered with a savory sauce can be green, red or Mole (another very special dish), it also can include, chicken, meat, cheese, beans, sour cream, vegetables etc.
You can find them in many restaurants or you can also make them!
