This is one of the signature dishes from this little cantina called “La Mascota” it offers an unlimited menu of dishes, and desserts as long as you consume 4 drinks. Needless to say these are very loaded drinks. Try the caracoles in adobe on Sundays (seafood menu)

Could you please tell us more about the place, and share more photos of the dishes? I got interested in this, because I’m a big foodie, and I’ve tried snails before, but they didn’t look that yummy.

Hi Petra, these types of cantinas are very popular in the historical part of the city. If you’ve visited Mexico City you’ve probably passed by one of these. They are normally visited by us locals. If you’re ever in Mexico and want to try some smails hit me up. The unlimited menu is available for free when you consume the 4 drinks.
