After I updated my Google Maps, I saw a new message tab on my Sofware.
I don’t know this new option.
Is there anybody to help me?

You can send a msg to a verified business.
Many businesses have a Google Business Account. In the Google Business Account they can send and receive msg’ s.
When you have private question like arranging a reservation or making a suggestion you can send them a private message.
