It was the 30th of March 1990, when the big explosion in Adolzfurt, nearby Bretzfeld happened. The whole area of a black powder mill of Dynamit Nobel was destroyed, which produced 500.000 KG black powder per year. It was 9.50 o´clock when a big detonation blowed anything away - it was a chemical reaction with deflagation of one production part, which lead to a chain reaction. All concrete walls were destroyed and everything was thrown into the forrest. Three workers died, four have been injured most of the other workers were all out for break. Even 10 kilometers away four up to six detonations were heard.
Windows of 150 houses have been demaged - thewhole area looked liked after a bomb attack.
Today, You can see nothing - there are only some brigdes left. But there is a sign with detailed description.
I am writing this, because today You aren´t able to detect some hints, that there was a factory.
