I didn’t quite understood the aim of your post. Are you asking if it is possible to add a street name on Google Maps? If so, please note that Local Guides can only send a feedback through out the Map with the missing information. In this article you can find out how you can submit this information so that it will be reviewed by the appropriate team.
P.S.: Please note that I’ve relabeled your post and it now appears in the How-tos section on Connect. In there people share their knowledge with others or ask questions about the program.
