Melheim resort is a four-star boutique hotel which is located in Haputale. If you hope to stay a night Haputale, this will be a great place. The splendid view is the best experience that you can have in this hotel. I also wondered by the breathtaking view. This amazing view consists of mountain ranges, waterfalls and lush greeneries.
They have their own waterfall which is called melheim falls as a private property. There is a small trail to visit that fall.it is really picturesque. They provide a guide to go there. It looks a small nature trail which starts from the hotel garden. which full of vegetables, Fruits and roses in the garden. we got a chance the carrot harvest and that was a fantastic experience. A medical plant called 'pranajeewa’ which shows a sensation of leaves to the sound of the violin can be seen here. If you can play the violin, It is pretty sure that you can see the movement of leaves as a magic plant.
Halfway of the trail, there is a viewpoint with stunning views. It takes around one hour for a one-way journey. This fall is hidden in a small forest. You can enjoy more with this, but need to be careful. Leaches will disturb all over the journey.
Food is delicious. very good and friendly staff. So, this will be a great place to spend your holiday peacefully.
