That’s a great idea you have. Please check this topic for more tips on how to organize a successful meet-up.
P.S.: I will move your post to the Meet-ups board, where Local Guides share such ideas with each other. I will also remove the Arabic tag. The language tag should reflect the language in which the post is written, in this case - English.
