Can anyone help me? Can I register with the Google Local Guide community under the name of my city, like I did earlier on Google Connect under the name of Lahore Local Guide community? Is there still such an option? I want to gather local guides from Lahore and have a meetup.

I really don’t understand what you mean by register under the name of your city maybe you should explain more. Nevertheless I don’t think there is such an option here on the forum.
You are always free to organise a meet-up of local guides in your city anytime you want to. Write your meet-up post and submit it for approvals and then it will appear live on connect.

I see local groups of Local Guides having Instagram accounts and groups on Facebook. But here on Connect we are individuals only.
