I need a help, I have setup a meetup for the first time. I have not added any links, phone number, NO offensive words. But even then I received an email that the meetup is rejected.
Sad part is, the email do not have a reason for the rejection. Attached is the snapshot of the email.
Any help will be appreciated.

@UmanGNarendraS A lot of time from what I have experienced, a meet up is not approved due to (but not limited to) the following reasons
Not enough details about the objective, agenda, details and expected cost/expense for the meet up.
No clear meet up location, time etc
Meet up type not according to food crawl, photo walk, geo walk, map editing, knowledge transfer related to maps etc
Maybe if you shared the details you have written during the application of the meet up/ other details like location, type, we can potentially advise better.
Or here are a few examples of approved meetup requests, you may use these as examples to follow

Is there a way we can edit the meetup which is still in the approval stage?
Though I have mentioned most of the things you suggested, but I can try to make it more detailed.
@UmanGNarendraS There is no way to edit the meet up after you have submitted. So you will need to double check before submitting.
@UmanGNarendraS Its a bad news for you but don’t worry . You can submit this again by following @StephenAbraham guidelines ! But be aware about your all imputes and don’t miss to recheck all requirements before submit…

So far so good, I am perfectly OK if my second time submission gets rejected, as far as I know the reason behind it.
Fingers crossed.
So again the meet-up got rejected. I’m all OK for the rejection. But why is the reason BLANK. Can we know who is the moderator rejecting it? So that we can seek the clarification?

@UmanGNarendraS approval is only by Google Can you share the text here or PM me the text of your meet up. I can have a look to see if any specific problem.
I am sorry to read that the feedback is not attached to the email, so that you are not able to understand what is wrong in your meet-up submission.

Some context :
Along with other photographers of Pune we are travelling to Hampi to explore Hampi and will be staying there for 3 days.
Out of those 3 days, I am planning to host this meetup on the last day.

Why Hampi?
Hampi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in India located near Hospet town in the Karnataka state, India. Among the attractions of Hampi are beautiful temples, ruins of palaces, remains of aquatic structures, ancient market streets, royal pavilions, bastions, royal platforms, treasury buildings… the list is practically endless.
