How about we fix a day in every month in which every local guide of a particular City or a region will have to meet each other. Well it doesn’t have to be a fixed place it could be your friend’s home or a place which we all know in this way if there are any New Local Guide who has just started his journey will be able to meet each other and this way we can talk about new place that has just opened or we can suggest new ideas to each other. Those who have just started we can encourage and motivate them and tell them about our experience as a local guide till now and tell them how to add a new place or how to capture a perfect photo which will help millions other who have just moved to a new town or city. In this way we can build a great community and if what I am thinking is a success then it will sure will give Great result but it will take some time.

I think it’s great that you want to meet other Local Guides regularly. However, we will leave the hosting of meet-ups to all of you Local Guides. Since this is not an idea for Connect or Google Maps, I’ve moved it to Meet-ups.
My suggestion for you is to host your own meet-up and you can read all about how in How to organise a Local Guides Meet-Up. You can even make it a monthly event if you wish. When you’re ready, head over to the official meet-ups page to submit yours.
