great that you like to organize a meet up in Berlin. Fantastic places to meet an to contribute. I like Berlin not only due to this.
The really best way is to use the Localguidesconnect offical way for starting meet ups with other local guides. If you go around the town and do check some pictures, you will discover many LocalGuides from Berlin and around, but they are not always such active on localguidesconnect. But someone needs to start 
Hope you will able to organise one soon. I’m in Berlin from time to time, so maybe I’m able to join.
