Meeting a wonderful shop via Google Maps

I have met a wonderful shop by chance. That day, I searched for a nearby cake shop by Google Maps to buy gifts for my parents. And I decided to go to the shop from the result by chance.
I visited the shop for buying cakes and writing a new review, but the shop was a wonderful shop that beyond my image.

M@chou

M@chou reads as Mash. It seems to named after the name of the owner, Masaru. The shop was a cake shop that opened in 1991 in Hanamaki, Iwate, Japan. And it renewed in 2018 to change the management style to the current style.

M@chou is a cake shop. However, it has a good atmosphere eat-in space like a cafe in the shop. At first, I wanted to leave the shop after buying cakes soon, but it changed my mind quickly. I decided to drink a cup of coffee there.

At this eat-in space, the owner provides in addition to cakes, coffee imported from FLAT WHITE COFFEE FACTORY in Miyagi, various drinks, and snacks. It also opens as a bar at night. He will propose a combination of cake and wine or sake for you.

Cakes are very smooth, not too sweet, not too large, and inexpensive. These are very suitable conditions for me. Fromage is particularly good. The mouthfeel like melting fits with coffee well. The conversation with the owner will also delight you. I enjoyed a lot of topics about cake, coffee, and the region.

In this eat-in space, we can use a free Wi-Fi spot and outlet. The ways for paying are also abundant. In my region Iwate, we cannot easy to find such shops. I was so surprised and happy to hear that. Of course, I have decided to stay there a whole day of weekend sooner or later.

ローカルガイドをしていると偶然素晴らしい店と出会うことがあります。はじめはケーキを買って、ついでに新しい店のレビューができればいいやという程度の軽い気持ちで向かったお店でしたが、その店は私の想像を超える素晴らしいケーキ屋さんでした。

M@chouはマッシュ（Mash）と読みます。この店は岩手県花巻市で1991年にオープンしたお菓子屋さんです。その後、2018年にリニューアルオープンして現在の形になりました。M@chouはケーキ屋さんですが、店の奥にとても雰囲気の良いカフェスペースがあります。はじめ、ケーキだけを買って帰るつもりだった私はこのカフェスペースを見てすぐにコーヒーを飲んでいくことを決めました。このカフェスペースでは宮城県のコーヒー店、FLAT WHITE COFFEE FACTORYから仕入れたコーヒーをはじめ、様々なドリンクと軽食、そしてケーキを楽しむことができます。夜にはバーとしても営業しています。ケーキーとワイン、日本酒などのお酒を組み合わせたメニューを提供しているそうです。

ケーキは非常になめらかで、甘すぎず、大きすぎず、私の好みにぴったりと合ったものばかりです。特にフロマージュは絶品で、そのとろけるような口当たりはコーヒーによく合います。もちろんオーナーとの会話も楽しむことができます。また、カフェスペースではインターネットと電源を利用することができます。

日本の方にも気軽に見てほしい場合には英語と併記することにしています。英語というだけで読むのを諦めてしまう方もいますし、残念ながら日英自動翻訳は完璧とは言えず伝わりにくいことが多々あります。基本的には伝わるのですが、日本語独特の表現などについてはやはり直接書いたほうがきれいに出るのではないかなと思っています。

But coffee in india is made with milk. Is you asking for same coffee or coffee without milk?

I like coffee without milk and I think it suits cakes well. But I guess there is a good cake for coffee with milk. Or tea is also nice! Is there good non-sweet tea in India?

@HiroyukiTakisawa Yes there are variety of Tea in india you can found them all in Ooty city of india. You find herbal tea,green tea, masala tea, chocolate tea and many more. But, generally we drink tea with milk and sugar.
