Since you are new let me first suggest you to start reading Your guide to Connect to make yourself comfortable and understand how to best use Connect. If you need any help, instead, you can always refer to our Help Desk.
You can start first by introduce yourself to the community and the other Local Guides by writing something about you here: Introduce Yourself June 2021. There are other Local Guides introducing themselves as well and you might find someone from your area.
Otherwise you can search in Connect by using specific language keywords or searching for Local Guides in specific areas based on what they posted on Connect. And another way to get in contact with Local Guides of your area is to search for meetups nearby you or even organize one yourself and get some local participation.
